商品退換政策
1. 瑕疵商品
如果您收到的商品有瑕疵，請於收到商品後3天內聯絡我們爲您作出更換。您可以發送WhatsApp訊息至+852 63720133 通知我們，我們將立即協助您。
對於任何被認定為有缺陷的商品，我們將根據商品及其缺陷的情況，提供修理或以新商品替換。如果我們無法以同款商品退換，我們將更據您的偏好以其他同等價值商品作出退換。
請務必在收到商品後先拍照記錄，再聯絡我們說明，以確認為商品本身瑕疵及後續退換辦理。
在收到我們的回覆7日內攜帶商品到門市換貨。
*輕微線頭/色差/皺摺等情況均不屬於瑕疵品的範圍內
2. 退回錯誤商品
如果我們發送了錯誤的商品給您，我們將安排商品退換並承擔運費，前提是該產品未被損壞、弄髒、清洗、改動或穿著。
3. 退款請注意我們不提供退款服務，不便之處，敬請原諒。
* 所有退換商品的標籤和吊牌必須保持完整，不得移除。商品需要保持全新，未經清洗/穿著或有任何損污。
# 如顧客未能達到以上的換貨要求，我們可拒絕為顧客換貨。

Defective Products
If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 3 days after receiving it to arrange for an exchange. You may send us a WhatsApp message at +852 63720133 to notify us, and we will assist you immediately.
For any product determined to be defective, we will provide either repair or replacement with a new item, depending on the nature of the defect. If an identical replacement item is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for another product of equal value, according to your preference.
Please make sure to take photos of the item upon receipt before contacting us, so we can confirm the defect and proceed with the exchange process. You must bring the item to our store for exchange within 7 days of receiving our reply.
Minor issues such as loose threads, slight color differences, or wrinkles are not considered defects.
