1. 一般條款
本網站由 Another Awesome Moment 營運。我們保留隨時修改本網站內容、條款及細則的權利，修改後的條款將於發布時即時生效。如有任何爭議，Another Awesome Moment 保留最終決定權。
2. 商品資訊與免責聲明
色差聲明：所有商品圖片均為實物拍攝或由供應商提供。由於電腦螢幕、手機顯示器的設定及解析度不同，或是拍攝光線影響，實物顏色可能與照片略有差異。此類情況不屬於質量問題，請以收到的實物為準。
尺寸誤差：所有商品尺寸均為人手測量，可能存在 1-3cm 的誤差，這屬於正常範圍，不屬於瑕疵。
3. 訂單與付款
貨幣：本網站所有交易均以港幣 (HKD) 結算。
付款方式：我們目前僅接受信用卡 (Visa / MasterCard) 付款。
訂單確認：當您完成付款後，系統將會發送一封「訂單確認電郵」至您提供的電子郵箱。請確保電郵地址正確，以免錯失重要通知。
4. 送貨政策
送貨範圍：僅限香港地區。
運送方式：順豐速運 (SF Express) 或 門市自取。
運費計算：全單購物滿 HKD $800 即享免運費優惠。未滿指定金額，將收取定額運費 HKD $30。
發貨時間：現貨商品：確認付款後，通常於 24 小時內寄出。預購商品：需要 3-20 個工作天（不含週六、日及公眾假期）進行採購及運送。
風險承擔：貨品寄出後，如有遺失或損壞，責任將由物流公司承擔，我們會協助客人向物流公司查詢及跟進。
5. 預購商品條款
若您的訂單包含預購商品，請注意以下事項：
預購期為 3-20 個工作天。
若預購商品最終因供應商缺貨 (Out of Stock) 而無法提供，我們會盡快通知您。您可以選擇：(A) 全額退款；或(B) 轉為店鋪購物金 (Store Credit) 供下次使用。
若訂單中同時包含現貨及預購商品，我們會待所有商品到齊後一併寄出。如需分開寄送，客人需支付額外運費。
6. 退換貨政策
請注意：本網站不設退款 (No Refund) 服務，僅提供符合條件的換貨服務。
換貨條件
客人需於收貨後 3 天內透過電郵或網站聯絡我們提出申請，逾期恕不受理。僅限以下情況接受換貨：
- 商品有明顯瑕疵（如大範圍破損、大片污漬）。
- 我們寄錯商品（錯誤的款式、顏色或尺碼）。
不接受換貨的情況
- 因個人觀感或喜好改變（如：不喜歡、穿起來不好看）。
- 輕微脫線、線頭、極小污點（直徑小於 0.5cm）。
- 色差問題（如前述免責聲明）。
- 商品已被下水清洗、穿著過、有異味（如香水、煙味）或人為損壞。
- 特價貨品 (Sale Items)。
換貨運費
- 質量問題/寄錯貨：可以到門市換貨
- 尺碼不合：若我們酌情接受因尺碼問題的換貨（需視乎庫存而定），來回運費需由買家自行承擔。
7. 知識產權
本網站上的所有內容，包括但不限於文字、圖片（部分由我們拍攝，部分由供應商授權）、標誌及設計，均受版權法保護。未經授權，禁止轉載、修改或用於商業用途。
8. 私隱政策
我們尊重您的隱私。您提供的個人資料（如姓名、電郵、地址）僅用於處理訂單、運送及發送推廣資訊。除物流公司及支付平台等必要第三方外，我們絕不會將您的資料洩露給其他第三方。

Welcome to Another Awesome Moment (hereinafter referred to as "the Site" or "We"). Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services or making a purchase. By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Provisions
This Site is operated by Another Awesome Moment. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Another Awesome Moment reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
2. Product Information & Disclaimers
Color Disclaimer: Product images are either photographed by us or provided by suppliers. Due to differences in monitors, screens, and lighting, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the images. This is not considered a defect.
Size Disclaimer: All measurements are taken manually. A discrepancy of 1-3cm is considered normal and is not considered a defect.
3. Orders & Payments
Currency: All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Payment Methods: We currently accept Credit Cards (Visa / MasterCard) only.
Order Confirmation: Once payment is completed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation Email". Please ensure your email address is correct to receive important notifications.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Area: Hong Kong only.
Shipping Methods: SF Express or Store Pickup.
Shipping Costs:Free shipping for orders over HKD $800.A flat rate of HKD $30 applies to orders under the free shipping threshold.
Dispatch Time:In-Stock Items: Usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation.Pre-order Items: Require 3-20 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) for procurement and delivery.
Risk of Loss: Once the items are dispatched, the logistics company is responsible for any loss or damage. We will assist customers in communicating with the logistics company regarding claims.
5. Pre-order Policy
If your order contains pre-order items, please note the following:
Pre-order period is 3-20 working days.
In the event that a pre-order item becomes Out of Stock (OOS) from the supplier, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to:(A) Receive a full refund; or(B) Convert the amount into Store Credit for future use.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. If you require separate shipments, extra shipping fees will apply.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
Please Note: We do NOT offer refunds. We only offer exchanges subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Conditions
Requests must be made via email within 3 days of receipt. Late requests will not be accepted. Exchanges are only accepted for:
Defective items (e.g., significant damage, large stains).
Wrong items sent (incorrect style, color, or size sent by us).
Non-Exchangeable Items
Personal preference (e.g., "don't like it", "doesn't look good on me").
Minor loose threads or tiny dots (less than 0.5cm).
Color discrepancies (as mentioned in the disclaimer).
Items that have been washed, worn, have an odor (perfume, smoke), or are damaged by the customer.
Sale Items.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Size Exchange: If we agree to an exchange due to size issues (subject to stock availability), the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images (some photographed by us, some authorized by suppliers), logos, and designs, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information (such as name, email, address) is used solely for order processing, delivery, and marketing communications. We will not share your data with third parties, except for necessary service providers like logistics companies and payment gateways.
